This is just a thread for people to talk about what films you love. They can be any sort of film and don't have to be mafia related. All opinions are welcome, just don't be an idiot as there is no need for it! Maybe this will give me a good insight into what films I should consider watching in the future!

Shawshank redemption is one of my best. My best mob film is Goodfellas, Ive got loads of favourites.

I dont know whats really out at minute. But I went to see green lantern about a month back that wasnt a bad film. the new Planet of the apes looks alright. But i dont know if ill watch it.

I like the mix of Religion, Technology & Philosophy that Wachowsky brothers show us in the 1st Matrix.

Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels from Guy Ritchie is a great movie aswell.

but the really great one was the poesy and the great message from V for Vendetta.

The Princess Bride is a really good older film, Munich is alright if you don't mind concentrating, Thirteen Ghosts is a horrible film that frankly scares the crap out of me even though I've seen it a million and two times.........but if you're talking gangster films there's only one real contender in my opinion and that's got to be Gangs of New York.

Just watched a great film called CIty of God, if you dont mind a film thats dubbed or with subtitles its brilliant. Been rated as one of the top 10 films to watch by a lot of magazines, newspapers etc. I really enjoyed it and recommend others watching it too.
