Expiring won turns queries: "what happened to the 20 hour grace period?"

Hello Everyone

Please note that the official expiry time for your won turns is recorded on your won turns statement. You can view the statement when you click on "Buy Credits" on the top left of the site page.

However, we did have coded in, an extra 20 hours grace period to allow for players who are in different time zones - which was not added onto your won turns statement.

This is now no longer working until further notice. Any players who have queries arising from this: please do the following:

E - mail me SCREENSHOTS of your won turns statement to this address:

I will compensate you if I find your claim to be valid. Please note - no email with images, no compensation.

I will not compensate for PM mails in game of your won turns statement either.
