Need help with koolmoves

Im using the trial version and need help, not used to making profiles.
If i wanted to add a pic a text and a song what would i do?
I shortened the song to a minute 20 seconds using audacity
But not sure what the frames and scenes do exactly someone help me?
Ive tried to make this profile many times and get it uploaded and the screen is just white on my profile nothing plays
