    For our mental well being the government has strongly recommended that we all develop new routines while practising social distancing:

    Feel free to follow or adapt from my new routine:

    0700 Breakfast

    0800 Second breakfast

    0900 snack

    1000 morning tea

    1100 snack

    1200 lunch

    1300 second lunch

    1400 snack

    1500 afternoon tea

    1600 high tea

    1700 entree

    1800 dinner

    1900 dessert

    2000 supper

    2100 snack

    2200 raid fridge for left overs

    2400 midnight snack

    That's a lot of snackin.

    I'm just eye-guzzling Netflix all day.

      Oh. I don't have netflix, maybe now is the time to look into it. Pretty sure the idea is make sure you don't spend all day watching TV though.
