1. Starting Up
- Safe Start: All players are protected for the first hour of a new round.
- New Player Protection: Training families offer 24-hour protection for newcomers.
- Initial Assets: Start with $500M Cash, 10,000 Hitmen, and 2,500 Active Turns.

- Family Size: Maximum of 20 players unless specified in round rules.
- Unions: Join a Union within the first 96 hours to compete for massive turn prizes.
- Family Transfers: Cash transfers are permitted only within your own family or union.

- Kill Points (KPs): Earned by destroying defensive units. Order: Unarmed > Armed (Weakest to Strongest).
- Revenge: You have 24 hours to retaliate against anyone who attacks your operatives.
- Maxing: Limits damage you can take per hour based on round-specific percentages.

- Single Account: Strictly one account per person. Multi-accounting results in immediate bans.
- Zero Tolerance: No spamming, hacking, or abusive/racial comments in public forums.
- Staff Respect: Our volunteers are here to help. Abusive behavior toward staff is not tolerated.
